Mockingbird Improv was founded on the need to play. With everyone isolated at home amid a worldwide pandemic, playfulness was slowly draining from our lives. But those of us who believe play, laughter, and connection are integral to being human did not give up hope.

Two years after we opened our doors it's breathtaking how much we have accomplished; yet there's so much more we want to do! Specifically, things around the theater:

Building a green room / classroom right in our space so there's always a place to warm up before a show.
Keep improving our systems to make running a theater easier and more seamless.
Update ragged, overworked equipment to improve the presentation of shows.

Anything helps so don't think you cannot donate a dollar. We are happy to receive small donations because we know it means you truly value what we have built together and want it to continue.
