Join ACCT in observing World AIDS Day as we remember those lost to AIDS as we envision a future with zero new HIV infections. Doors open at 1:30 pm for refreshments and viewing of a panel of the AIDS Memorial Quilt. Program begins at 2 pm with a reading of the 2024 Galveston World AIDS Day; remarks by Lesley Sommer, CEO; keynote address by Jennifer Mason; a reading of the names of those we lost in the last year, and placing of stones in the Garden of Remembrance. Light bites and refreshments will be provided. Red attire encouraged, but not required. Free street parking is available on the streets surrounding ACCT. We are asking that you please RSVP by November 27 so that we have enough bites and drinks for all without unneeded waste.
