New England Pastors

However, 50% of pastors leave their churches before completing three years of ministry. Phil Waldrep Ministries offers annual retreats to encourage pastors as they endeavor to serve their churches and communities. Among those who attend the retreats, the number who leave New England has decreased from 50% to just 5.2%.
