Remember the tiny box of kittens found by the dumpster on July 23?

Those fragile babies, DJ Catnip, Panda, and Sweet Tart, have blossomed into three of the most affectionate, loving kittens we’ve ever known. 😻

After their eyes opened, we noticed something wasn’t right. Two of the kittens, DJ Catnip and Panda, seemed to struggle to see. An eye specialist visit revealed the cause: both boys are missing a small portion of their eyelids, which causes their lashes to roll inward and rub painfully against their eyes. Left untreated, this can lead to ulcers and eventually blindness.

✨ The good news: There’s hope!

Dr. Tucci, a compassionate eye specialist, has generously donated time and resources to help. Yesterday, DJ Catnip and Panda received their first cryotherapy treatment, which cost $850. The procedure helps stop the lashes from growing inward and damaging their eyes.
