How to play:

When purchasing your ticket, don't forget to purchase a horse! When you buy a horse you get to name it (have fun with naming rights!) and you quite literally have a "horse in the race". Meaning if your horse wins your race, you win $$$.

There will be 10 races. Which means 10 opportunities to win! You may purchase multiple horses.

At the event, you can place a bid on any horse during any race even if you don't "own" It. Bids will start at $2. You'll also have the chance to win gift baskets and 50/50 so don't forget cash if you're feeling lucky!

About Us:

According to the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation, 5.4 million Americans are living with some degree of paralysis. Thousands of those people are our neighbors. Many of these individuals return home from rehab to face isolation, health
complications, a higher risk of depression and suicide, a decreased life expectancy, and are forced to leave our region to obtain recovery and hope. We are here to change that by providing comprehensive activity-based therapy (ABT) programs to people with neurological injuries and conditions, including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, etc. There are more 40 ABT programs across the country, but nothing in our tri-state area. You can help change that.

NextStep Pittsburgh is in the fundraising stages to build an activity based center with a goal to raise $750,000.
