Dogs at Cotulla Shelter

The city animal shelter of Cotulla has no funds. We MUST save these 8 dogs PLUS 7 babies who are living OUTSIDE in the Texas heat covered in ticks.

These poor souls are underfed. Malnourished. Have no vaccines.

If we don’t get them out, they WILL die on their own from tick born illnesses, dehydration, starvation or euthanasia by the city.

Please. PLEASE help us get them out and then we must fight this deplorable city!!!
