More about Dia del los Muertos:
In Mexico, there is a special celebration held each year on November 1st to honor departed souls. This celebration is not marked by sadness, but instead by traditional food and drinks, colorful and bright paper decorations, marigolds and mariachi bands. You'll find sugar skulls and the Calavera Catrina, a skeletal figure adorned with fancy clothing and hats.
