FOHSEN is a nonprofit organization led by a team of development professionals, community members, and medical doctors committed to improving health outcomes for women and children in rural Senegalese communities. Through working with Community Health Workers (CHWS), FOHSEN provides its community members with accessible and quality health services

This brick-by-brick campaign will allow FOHSEN to continue to raise funds to support our upcoming maternity clinic, which we hope to begin construction on by 2024. In Nganda and its surrounding areas, where FOHSEN operates, there are currently no health clinics and those seeking health services only have access to one health post. Health posts provide less health services than clinics and do not often provide specialized care. Partnering with the mayor of Nganda, doctors, and community leaders, our clinic plans to service five different villages. The clinic will include a pediatric wing, maternity wing, labor and delivery rooms, and so much more. Your support is critical to achieving our goal of making positive impacts on the health and wellbeing of FOHSEN's communities.
