I am in my third year of rowing with Westerville Crew.

As a rower, I have learned some of the most difficult life skills, like how to be uncomfortable - like really uncomfortable. And what true discipline looks like on and off the water.

I have learned it is not how hard you work, but how hard you work together.

With rowing there is no stadium or court but a crew of men or women who sit in a boat and get it to cross a finish line faster than anyone.

This weekend, my team is rowing 30 hours to celebrate our 30 years as a rowing club. Please consider contributing to our fundraising effort so that we can raise funds to purchase necessary boats and safety equipment.
