Since 2021, YOU'VE had a place to take your discarded textiles and feel good that they are being reused and recycled into your community. Since 2021, WE'VE worked hard to make that happen. And we need your financial support to keep going.

Thread Up Oxford is a small scale solution to a global problem. There are currently no city or county sponsored options for recycling textiles the way there are for appliances, electronics, hazardous waste, etc. For three years now, Thread Up Oxford has worked hard to become your go-to resource. 

Here’s the impact your generosity makes through Thread Up Oxford:

-Prevent more than 40 tons of textiles from entering landfills each year.

-Keep our programs thriving, from upcycling and redistribution to nonprofit support.

-Provide gently used clothing and textiles to those in need at little to no cost.

It costs us $12K/month to run Thread Up Oxford / Uptown Threads -- and we can't do it without you.
