GDCH is a 501(c)(3) grassroots organization rooted in service and committed to those who need it most—our veterans, seniors, and individuals facing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cancer, and obesity. We also extend support to those grappling with homelessness, unemployment, and mental health challenges.

For over a decade, GDCH has delivered impactful programming through workshops, forums, health events, training seminars, and galas, reaching hundreds of individuals and families in need. Our work is made possible by generous donors and community partners who believe, as we do, that health equity is a right, not a privilege.
