Why Support:

Women Leading Technology’s goal is to help increase education and career opportunities for girls and women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, the Arts, and Math (STEAAM). Subsequently, our mission is to create avenues for girls to attend WLT's STEAAM Experience For Girls, which empowers them for the future through hands-on learning experiences in STEAAM. Our initiatives are centered on raising awareness and funds to support this much-needed resource and are designed to address the lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and create opportunities worldwide.

Grinchmas serves as a powerful avenue, not only for raising awareness about our programs but also for instilling in our girls the vital concept of servant leadership and the value of paying it forward. This event brings families and small businesses together, reinforcing our commitment to causes close to our hearts, including Family's Place, Hope's Door New Beginnings, and Medical City Children’s Hospital. It also enables us to provide valuable resources that empower girls to participate in various WLT STEAAM Experience for Girls programs.

In addition, we recognize the significance of supporting small businesses. Our passion lies in providing a platform for them to showcase and sell their goods and services during Grinchmas. This exposure not only helps them gain visibility but also contributes to the growth of their enterprises.
