Your donation is a direct investment in mental health equity, healing intergenerational wounds, and supporting Indigenous and BIPOC wellness. Every dollar counts:

$25– Helps cover part of a single therapy session
$55– Contributes to the cost of culturally responsive care
$110– Covers half the cost of a single therapy session
$220– Provides one therapy session for a community member in need
$2640– Sponsors a full year of therapy sessions for someone in our community

Each time we reach our fundraising goal of $35,000, we open the door to 10-15* new applicants, offering up to 12 free sessions per person.

*some folks use all 12 sessions while others use more or less, depending on needs.
