💐 Like spring's vibrant growth, Ascendant's Spring Forward campaign is cultivating major progress. Construction is well underway on our Las Raices project, we are working to secure funding for our ShareNYC pilot project, we have received final land use approvals for The Beacon and expect them soon for Carmen Villegas Apartments! In addition, we are partnering on two major NYCHA revitalization projects that are set to close this year. Together, we're delivering over 2,100 new and newly rehabilitated affordable homes. 🌻 2025 is the year for reaching big milestones! Building on the successful closing and ground breaking for our Las Raices project, we are expecting to start work on at least two more pipeline projects in 2025.

🌷 ULURP Success & Future Projects: Thanks to enthusiastic support from Community Board 11, Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine, the City Planning Commission, and Deputy Speaker Diana Ayala and the City Council, we have completed the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) for The Beacon project and are on track to complete ULURP for the Carmen Villegas Apartments by late summer!

🌼 NYCHA PACT 10 - Metro North Plaza & Gaylord White Houses: Ascendant is partnering with The Community Builders to rehabilitate four East Harlem NYCHA buildings with 516 units of public housing.

🌹 NYCHA PACT 11 - Harlem Scattered Sites: Ascendant is partnering with Vaya Development and L+M Development to rehabilitate ten East and Central Harlem NYCHA buildings with 1,058 units of public housing.
