PROJECT EDEN

“Eden”, our  garden greenhouses, and Eden’s table (the attached Cafe) will be a place where the members of  inner city communities of Detroit  can come for garden fresh vegetables and herbs, grown right in their community with full access all year round  to the organic  produce yielding from  Edens garden beds and hydroponic shelves which are all above ground and will allow growth and fresh harvest 365 days per year!

The attached cafe, Eden’s table, will offer fresh garden to table salads, herbal elixirs and natural remedies, delicious green organic smoothies and several plant based elixirs and immunity boosting potions. Our goal is to develop a new palate both in taste and in the mind of individuals in our local communities which are known food deserts.
