Ottumwa Leadership Academy offers a 10-month, tuition-based program that provides participants an "MBA" in Ottumwa and Wapello County with targeted leadership development strategies. 

The mission of Ottumwa Leadership Academy is to develop effective leaders for the betterment of our community.
