Animal Farming Empowerment Program

Pig Farming for Health and Wealth of Vulnerable Youth and Women in Rwanda.

This project is designed to empower vulnerable populations in Eastern Province, Bugesera District, Ntarama Sector, by providing them with the skills and resources necessary for sustainable pig farming. The initiative aims to enhance food security, provide financial stability, and foster spiritual growth among the participants, addressing significant socio-economic challenges in the community.

Objectives:

1. Train 16 individuals in sustainable pig farming techniques over one year.
2. Equip each participant with the necessary tools and resources to start and maintain their own pig farming operations.
3. Improve the overall well-being of participants and their families through increased income and food security.
4. Promote community development and cohesion through agricultural entrepreneurship.
