Boulder School of Massage Therapy registered with the Colorado Secretary of State as a Nonprofit Corporation on October 16, 2025. BSMT has applied for Recognition of Exemption as a 510(c)(3) & successfully registered as a Colorado Charitable Organization.

BSMT is raising funds to secure a brick & mortar location, the required surety bond, and to pay for the license fees to operate as a private occupation school in Colorado. Additionally, BSMT is raising funds to pay for COMTA Endorsed Curriculum & Accreditation application fees.
