A Heart’s Key Communal Care Alliance is on a mission to close the dignity gap in healthcare, end-of-life care, and essential support services; especially for Black, Brown, Queer, disabled, aging, and historically excluded families. Too many of our loved ones navigate systems that were never built with them in mind. We’re changing that.

The Key to Communal Care Campaign invites community members, supporters, and partners to help us expand culturally aligned, compassionate, and equitable care across all four of our core programs.
