OVCL Trivia Night Sponsorship Opportunities

The Oley Valley Community Library is holding its 2nd Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser on Thursday, October 24, 2024, in the Oley Fire Company Social Quarters. We’re looking for sponsors for this event. All sponsors will receive recognition leading up to and including the night of the event.

The Sponsorships Levels available are:

Title Sponsor ($500): Only one sponsorship available.

• Will be featured prominently on all flyers;

• Signs will be placed on food table indicating your sponsorship;

• Mentioned a minimum of 4 times on our social media channels;

• Your logo on table tents at every table;

• At the event: Mentioned in welcome message and at the conclusion of the event;

• Listed as Title Sponsor on our website and Facebook event page;

• Highlighted as Title Sponsor on front page of scoring booklet for each attendee.

Round Sponsor ($100): 10 sponsorships available

• Will be listed as round sponsor on all flyers;

• Mentioned a minimum of 2 times on social media;

• Listed as round sponsor on website and on Facebook event page;

• Listed as round sponsor in scoring booklet for each attendee;

• Mentioned at the event before the round you are sponsoring.

Table Sponsor ($25 or donation of a $25 gift card): 20 sponsorships available

• Mentioned a minimum of 1 time on social media;

• Listed as a table sponsor on website and on Facebook event page;

• Your logo on two table tents at the event.
