The White Oak Wind Orchestra (WOWO) is a nonprofit, community-based wind ensemble dedicated to making high-quality music accessible to everyone. Our musicians come from across the region—educators, professionals, students, retirees, and lifelong musicians—coming together to create meaningful music for our community.

All WOWO concerts are free to attend, because we believe music should never be a barrier.

Force of Nature explores the power, beauty, and unpredictability of the natural world through a dynamic and engaging program of wind band music. The concert features a mix of beloved masterworks, new music, and large-scale collaboration—celebrating both the forces of nature and the power of community.
