Community of Unity CONNECTS with youth, EMPOWERS them to make choices that lead to growth, and INSPIRES their pursuit of a personally satisfying future. We commit to an 8 year program that follows youth from 9th-12th grade, past graduation, and through 4 critical post high school years. We cultivate transformative relationships with young people living in adverse circumstances and provide consistent support as they successfully transition from adolescence to early adulthood. Community of Unity connects with underserved youth communities through outdoor education and wellness, counseling and mentorship, and career and college support to empower them in their journey of realizing their potential.
