One Library, One Louisville

Our library needs you. Thanks to an multi-million dollar influx of public funds, the Louisville Free Public Library is approaching an unprecedented opportunity to transform the Main Library into a regional powerhouse and improve and expand library access for thousands of residents in Portland, Parkland, and Fern Creek.

It's going to take our whole city to make this vision a reality! While public funds cover most of the construction costs, private funds from local donors just like you will help purchase the books, technology, furniture, décor, and other resources needed to open the doors on these critical library projects.
