Please Help These Abandoned Souls

Hi. My name is Kerry Giacomino.  I have been a leader in the fitness industry for over 30 years. My passion for animals led me to volunteering at local animal shelters.   I quickly realized that at many shelters the animals spent all day in cages with very little interaction or socialization. This motivated me to do better. I sold my fitness studio and became the kennel director at a local shelter.  There,  I was able to bring the level of care that these abused and abandoned animals were getting to a whole new level.   I dedicated the last 2 years of my life to not only rescuing and rehabilitating these poor souls, but to giving them a better life while they were at the shelter awaiting placement in their forever homes  I have now Created ‘One Dog at a Time’.   A New Rescue/Shelter.  Our model is one where the dogs quality of life while at the shelter is our number 1 priority.   Each dog is evaluated upon arrival and a complete care plan is created.   Our dogs will live in spacious quarters, no cages. They will get outside multiple times a day for walks, enrichment, socialization and training.  They will be given the compassionate care that they deserve.  I need your help.  One Dog at a Time is blessed to have the support of the Wanda and Jim Moran Foundation.    ( Lexus).
