Building a Stronger Somerville, One Young Person at a Time

We help young people build meaningful lives, discover new possibilities, and grow into leaders in their communities through free outdoor and arts retreats, professional coaching, and community mentorship.

We support young people ages 14–24 at different stages of their journeys.

Our mentorship model combines consistent one-on-one support with genuine relationships, practical opportunities, and a broader community of people invested in young adults' success. Participants meet regularly with coaches to reflect on their priorities and take action toward their goals, while community mentors help them explore new experiences, celebrate milestones, and build lasting connections. Free retreats, community outings, and shared activities make room for something just as important as personal growth: joy.

Founded by Somerville High School graduates and longtime youth workers, our work builds on deep community roots and a commitment to making opportunities more accessible.

When young people have the support to explore, the relationships to help them navigate challenges, and the opportunities to pursue their goals, they can build futures that reflect who they are and contribute to the community they call home.

Help us create a Somerville where every young person has the opportunity to grow, belong, and thrive.
