Welcome to RunGood, a donation-based RUN CLUB for EVERYONE! RunGood is open to all levels, all paces as we run together from start to finish. This week's RunGood is co-presented by BLK. BLK will be handing out complimentary swag and merch. There will also be complimentary juice from Crenshaw Juice Co and a post run/walk recovery. Come through to RunGood!

Schedule:

6PM - Arrival. Meet and Mingle. Warmup and Stretch

7PM - Begin 5K RUN or 2 MILE WALK

8:30PM - Recovery. Guided yin yoga (gentle, deep stretching) and sound bath with Lorenzo Lawrence.

What are my options?

We offer a 5K community run with two different pacing options, the 'sexy' pace and the 'olympic' pace. We also have a 2 mile community walk for all of our walkers!

Sexy Pace / 9-12min mile - led by Tiffaney

Olympic Pace / 6-8min mile - led by Shaylen

Walking Legends / Led by Jocelyn of BLK Events LA

This week, meet us at 6PM at The WalkGood Yard (4019 W Pico Blvd). Please arrive early to account for parking. Street parking is limited.

Our studio is located on the 2nd floor. Please ring the doorbell and wait for the buzzer to open the door. The door can be opened by pushing in and then out upon the buzzer sound. We have a cubby room to place personal belongings in during the run/walk.
