The Transgender Faith and Action Network (TFAAN) retreat is a powerful collective of trans, non-binary, genderqueer, and gender non-conforming people who believe in the strength of connection and mutual support. At the TFAAN Retreat, you’ll find workshops designed by us, for us, covering the urgent, necessary conversations we need to have within our communities.

Ticket Options:

Tickets are sold in bundles of three (one for each night of the retreat).

Single Room/Single Room (Accessible): Private-bedroom cabins which have a single bed per room and offer shared bathrooms (1 full bath for every 3 rooms). Each room accommodates one guest.
$90.00/night - 1 person

Double Room: Shared-bedroom cabins. Double Rooms have one single and one double bed per room and offer shared bathrooms (shared between two rooms). Each room accommodates two guests.
$77.50/night - 1 person

About Avila

Avila sits on a serene, wooded 50-acre property 20 minutes north of Durham, North Carolina. The property offers spaces for relaxed social interaction, contemplation and a chance to be out in nature. One can walk along nearly a mile of trails, sit by the creek, meet in one of our three gazebos, enjoy the walking meditation labyrinth or roast marshmallows with friends around the fire pit.
