Out Wayne CoC

The Out-Wayne County Continuum of Care began in 1996 under the name Out-Wayne County Homeless Services Coalition. Since then, it has evolved into a planning body made up of service providers, partner organizations, and community members working towards eliminating homelessness in the Out-Wayne County area. The Continuum of Care (COC) is recommended by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a comprehensive and strategic approach to address homelessness.
