The 5k is taking place during the Galion Oktoberfest which is Thursday, September 29th through Saturday, October 1st. The race itself will be Saturday morning with check-ins and final registrations to start at 9am, the race will start at 10am rain or shine. The race will begin in the square of uptown Galion. Age Groups: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over. Two awards per age group and Top Overall Male and Female. I also grant permission for photographs/video containing my likeness to be used by Galion Gridiron Club and Galion Oktoberfest for social media and advertising purposes. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this event and certify the I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.
