A huge thank you to our underwriters and sponsors for helping us raise $23,850 so far this year! On this page you can donate to NELCWIT, reserve tickets to the event, and start your own peer-to-peer fundraising campaign! We invite you do all three!
Please join The Friends of NELCWIT for the 16th annual celebration of The Power to Persevere held at Terrazza in Greenfield! On Thursday May 8th, 2025, The Friends, along with premier underwriter Greenfield Savings Bank, will honor survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and celebrate NELCWIT's 50 years in the community. We will also be sharing and celebrating the tremendous work of our peer-to-peer fundraisers who are helping us meet our charitable giving goal of $45,000 and raise awareness throughout National Stalking Awareness Month (January), Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (February), Women's History Month & NO MORE Week (March), and Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April).
We are so excited to announce that this year's event will feature Keynote Speaker, The Reverend Doctor Andrea Ayvazian. You can read more about The Rev. Dr. Ayvazian's work, advocacy, and activism below! Music will be provided by Two for Jazz with Arlene Robbins, vocalist, and by the Twice As Smart Children’s Choir. Come see NELCWIT's Clothesline Project installation and enjoy delicious food and a cash bar with your community!
