Front Porch Arts Collective and Teatro Chelsea share a vision for a more expansive Boston theater scene - you help us build it. Your support of this co-production strengthens our ability to produce beautiful theater, like Cubamor, that inspires and invokes a more loving world. As Greater Boston’s leading black professional theater company, The Porch is committed to uplifting stories onstage which challenge biased narratives towards people of color in America. We do this through a communal spirit. Teatro Chelsea creates theatre at the crossroads of languages, cultures, and histories that make up the Latin experience, amplifying and honoring the voices that speak to these unique experiences. Identity, connection, and belonging are key themes of Cubamor, our co-production, and guiding principles in our work, always.
