Since 2021, our nonprofit has been dedicated to providing community education programs, care coordination and resource facilitation for seniors in the Lansing area. We’ve seen firsthand the struggles low-income seniors and their families face while waiting for essential government programs to become active. Delays in accessing services often lead to undue stress and unmet needs.

We’re raising funds to establish our Senior Resource Center, a safe and accessible space where seniors can:
    •    Access free computers, internet, and printers to apply for essential benefits.
    •    Receive drop-in resource navigation support to minimize application delays.
    •    Participate in technology workshops to enhance their digital skills.
    •    Benefit from health screenings and workshops to promote well-being.
    •    Collaborate with MDHHS for state benefit navigation and online application assistance.

Your donation will directly support this initiative by ensuring the center has:

    •    High-speed internet.
    •    Staff to provide personalized assistance and workshops.
