Who is TAP (Tuscarawas Arts Partnership)?

TAP is a 501c3 nonprofit arts council that supports and promotes the arts within Tuscarawas County. TAP's main objectives are to promote artistic activities, stimulate cultural growth, and ensure that the arts are accessible to the public by focusing on the three pillars of an arts council: advocacy, education, and funding.
