Peace for Families Sponsorship

Valley Crisis Center will be hosting the Peace for Families event in Merced this fall. Peace for Families is a march and community gathering that provides a platform for survivors of domestic violence to share their experiences while connecting community members with local resources. The event also includes light refreshments, family-friendly activities, and free raffle prizes.

After a long pause since 2019, Peace for Families will return on October 24, 2025, at 5:30 PM. The march will begin at the Veteran’s Memorial on the corner of “M” and 21st Street, continuing to the Civic Center on 18th Street, where the community gathering will take place.

To make this year’s event a success, we need people who share our commitment to building a safer, stronger community. We invite you to support us in one of two ways:

• Attend the event with your family and show your support for the survivors.
• Sponsor the event to help us provide refreshments, raffle prizes, and program supplies for participants.

Your sponsorship will directly support the return of this meaningful community tradition and demonstrate your commitment to standing with survivors of domestic violence.
