Thanks for registering! We have a few housekeeping things before we get you into Battlefy. Teams will be built in advance based on ranks/roles and vetted by captains for balance.

Upload Headshot and School ID/Coaching Verification

1 - Headshots! We want to make sure we have a nice headshot for everyone for our team pictures. Please take a nice and focused picture with minimal background colors.

Headshot Best Practices:

From waist up

Neutral color background (that is different from your shirt/clothing

Phone cameras are fine (don't zoom)

(Feel free to send multiple options including a 'fun/silly' option showing your personality)

2 - School/coach verification. Summer is ultimately about learning and teaching from other coaches. Please use the link above to share your a picture of a school ID/proof of coaching scholastic esports.

3 - Season expectations - If one person on a team fails to commit NINE PEOPLE+ will be affected. Excessive reschedules/timing conflicts/no-shows will hurt everyone in this league and create frustration. Please make sure you have ample time this summer to be at game night, on-time, and ready to go.

Tier 1 has no reschedule opportunities and no subs. This is our "prime time" stream for Thursday nights and we 100% want to make sure we have our schedule planned each week. Confirm you plan to be available each week on game night.

Tier 2/3 have LIMITED rescheduling. Refer to the rules at coachrivals.gg/summer-2022 - expectations are still high for the best experience all around. Though the skill level may be lower, it is still meant to be taken seriously.

Tier 2 will also be streamed so commitment and communication is vital. Tier 3 has opportunity for streaming - but everyone will be expecting to play on Tuesday. If you have multiple known game-night conflicts please reconsider your participation and let us know.

If you have one known timing conflict (ex: a vacation) share that now so we can best plan around it. Communicate that with your team ASAP to plan a reschedule far in advance.

These leagues only work when we all make it work! We'll be sending out various other communications regarding prizing, integrations, etc.
