In 2023, 34 Individuals with disabilities enrolled in Lanakila Pacific’s Employment Services Program to realize their potential and sense of self-worth by challenging themselves to learn new skills and experience the joy and responsibility of becoming more financially independent.

This holiday season, our participants wish to celebrate their successful journey into competitive employment together with their family and friends in a formal graduation ceremony in January 2024.

You can give the gift of celebration to these deserving individuals by contributing to our $5,000 fundraising goal and sharing this worthy cause with your friends and family.

More importantly, you can give the graduates a chance to invite and thank those who have supported them through their journey and to be recognized for their perseverance and hard work. You’d be creating a memory of a lifetime!

Additional funds raised through Project Holiday Wish 2023 will help future Employment Services participants build their independence.

There is nothing like the feeling of working hard and succeeding at attaining one’s goals. We celebrate these moments. Lanakila Pacific’s Employment Services provides hands-on training to empower individuals with cognitive, physical, social or age-related disabilities. We show them how they can thrive on their own, with just a little help.

Through job-readiness classes and training sessions, participants fine-tune social and vocational skills. Coupled with individualized planning and coaching, these confidence-building experiences pave the start of their career path.
