When an individual or business decides to sponsor a trainee(s) at $1,000 each, these funds will go directly into PSTC’s training programs fund to ensure the program can function at an optimal level every year. The outcome will produce graduates who will leave the program with skills, confidence, and a job connection that may change their life!

Puget Sound Training Center is looking to grow and expand to continue its great work for years to come! We are a non-profit organization located in Renton, WA serving individuals in and around King County. The mission of PSTC for the past 25 years has been to advance economic mobility among our most vulnerable populations- low-income communities of color, and culturally and linguistically isolated immigrants and refugees. We do so through a racial equity lens that promotes access to education, credentials, digital literacy, job skills training, and comprehensive employment services through a bilingual and culturally competent model of care.
This fundraising campaign will help PSTC expand its capacity and continue its day-to-day operations! To date, Puget Sound Training Center has served over 8,500 clients and placed over 4,800 participants in various employment opportunities throughout King County. Due to our bilingual and diverse case managers, we have served individuals from Mexico, Russia, Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Burma, Somalia, Sudan, and more. Our staff meets our clients on their level of English proficiency, which allows us to fill in the gaps by speaking the many languages needed by our clients.
We have been fortunate to witness countless success stories, with individuals overcoming adversity, finding gainful employment, and building fulfilling careers. As a business that is known to promote the economic advancement of our most vulnerable populations such as low-income, communities of color, refugees, and immigrants, we would like to invite you to partner with us by giving as you can and spreading the word about PSTC!
