In Honor of Ruth Smith

Ruth was one of SPARC's greatest champions. She was a volunteer for many years but those who saw her in action, believed she worked there! Her contributions helped SPARC grow from a small unknown non profit to the internationally recognized award winning non profit it is today. Ruth will be greatly missed but her memory lives on in all of the memories of the many families she touched.
