$150 - Empower Health & Healing

Your gift funds one community wellness participant covering HIV/STI testing supplies, health education, or wellness check support.
You’re helping individuals access preventive care, mental health resources, and trusted navigation to live healthier, safer lives.

Your donation supports a month of case management and benefits navigation for families rebuilding after crisis.
From housing and utilities assistance to SNAP, WIC, CAPS, and Medicaid enrollment, your gift helps remove barriers and restore hope.

Your generous contribution fuels P.O.W.E.R Connect’s mobile outreach efforts bringing essential resources, health education, and civic engagement opportunities directly to families across Metro Atlanta and surrounding cities.
This gift supports mobile service hubs, partner events, and community pop-ups that meet people where they are connecting them to food, housing, health, and voter resources that strengthen entire neighborhoods.
