HCM Legal Fund

It has always been a goal of ours, to fight for our rights not only in our communities, our Legislature, and our Schools, but in the Courts as well. We have known from the beginning, that the day would come when a robust legal team would become a necessity, and unfortunately, that day has arrived. 

There are very few state organizations that are ever able to achieve this goal, and for good reason. Financially supporting a retainer, AND finding a Lawyer that will take you on as a client? That may as well be a miracle. 

Lucky for us, your generous support, our frugal responsibility, and our miracle came in Maine, in August when we met. and retained an Attorney that not only understood our movement but is a mom within our movement! 

We are proud that with our Attorney, we will be able to make a louder, stronger, and more serious stand against these mandates invading our State.  We are optimistic that we will be able to push back in a very real way now and defend more Mainers with each case. 

We also hope to make legal advice and assistance accessible for our members. Something we have seen an increasing need for. 

With your help, we can continue putting up a formidable fight, the fight they never expected of us. With your help, we can protect, and defend so many more.
