PRC is a lifeline for many, offering essential services to those who might otherwise be unhoused. They provide emergency financial assistance to low-income individuals living with HIV, ensuring housing and healthcare stability. Their dedicated Legal Advocacy team fights tirelessly to secure disability benefits, transforming lives through their commitment. Additionally, PRC's residential care programs help individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders transition to independent living. At the same time, their workforce development initiatives prepare clients for competitive job placements.

The Black Leadership Council, an initiative of PRC, is a beacon of advocacy. It focuses on health, wealth, housing, and education and seeks to improve conditions for the Black/African American community in the Bay Area and beyond.
