PS Society invites you to a powerful, confidence-building self-defense experience led by Fighting Spirit Personal Safety in Plymouth, MI. This class is designed for women who want to feel more assertive, grounded, and in control of their personal safety in everyday life.

Before the training begins, we’ll open with a short PS Society connection activity—because safety starts in the body and in community. From there, you’ll learn practical, real-world skills that support boundary-setting, situational awareness, and confident responses in public spaces. This is not about fear. It’s about presence, choice, and agency.

Space is limited to ensure a supportive, hands-on learning environment.

If you’ve been wanting to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in how you move through the world—this is for you. Ages 12 and up please.

The Reprocessing Room is a trauma-informed therapeutic practice offering EMDR-based reprocessing and somatic nervous system work. Rooted in the understanding that safety is both physical and internal, this work supports clients in releasing stored trauma, restoring nervous system regulation, and strengthening psychological resilience.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded, and for those images or videos to be used by PS Society for marketing, promotional materials, and social media to reach more women in isolation.

All ticket purchases are considered donations and are nonrefundable.
