There has been raging religious conflict in Palestine, Israel and Gaza for close to a century now. Recently, in the past month that conflict has reached a new horrific level. For the first time in decades battle has been ongoing for weeks claiming numerous lives and damaging property.

Here is the truth:

20,000+ Hamas military troops have invaded a 140 mile area known as the Gaza strip.
Thousands of civilians, including children and women, are dead or dying. More are injured.
Hundreds of missiles have been sent from Hamas to attack civilians in Gaza including the Supernova festival, the Al Ahli Arab hospital, and the Jabalia refugee camp.
Aid only began flowing into Gaza yesterday. 66 trucks of medical aid have entered Gaza so far. Approximately 14 a day will flow in.

As I sit here and reflect on what is happening throughout the world, not only in Gaza, in Ukraine, in North Korea, in Afghanistan, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and beyond, my heart is shattered. I feel sick to my stomach, I as a single person cannot donate enough money to make an impact greater than a drop in a bucket. However, we can leverage our community, our collective resources and time to spread awareness and make a profound difference. So please, help out and do your part. Together we can levarage our community, garner funders, and support another community of people similar to us.

All proceeds to this fundraiser will go directly to UNICEF USA Gaza Relief fund. I want to make clear that none of this money will fall into the hands of Hamas, the IDF, or any political group. The United Nations UNICEF is just collecting funds to bring medical and food supplies into Gaza. Today 11/1/2023 the Rafah passage was opened for aid trucks to get into Gaza, so slowly but surely aid is getting in to save children suffering.

It does not matter what people's race, ethinicity, nationality, or gender may be, at the end of the day we are all just human beings on this earth together. We should not stand by as innocent people and children anywhere are suffering. Let us help our global community.
