Vancouver Metro LULAC Council 47026 LEGAL DEFENSE FUND will be used to cover legal costs for immigrants, migrants, or citizens detained by ICE, to the right to legal representation. In many instances attorney's fees can be ten thousand dollars or more. We are working with a growing group of dedicated immigration attorneys to represent detainees.

Note that 10% of funds will be reserved as emergency funds to the immediate family in case of pending eviction or other emergency situations due to detention.
