Support Black filmmaking at East Market Films

East Market Films strives to address the lack of support for emerging black filmmakers by helping them develop and produce their short and feature films.

EMF vets and contracts local talent and crew to work on film projects we produce, consult, and support. We also collaborate with local businesses to provide shooting locations, catering services, and healthcare support for productions.

We inform local businesses about registering their locations and services with the NC Film Office, so they are prepared when major studio productions come to town.

EMF partners with industry leaders and even manufacturers to support our filmmaking efforts in our community.
