Paint the Town Purple - Domestic Violence Awareness Month

For the second year, we are grateful to McKenzie Real Estate for leading the way in raising awareness about domestic violence in our community. The reality is that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men will experience domestic violence in their lifetime—meaning all of us know someone who has been, or will be, affected.

That’s why Paint the Town Purple matters. This campaign brings local businesses, neighbors, and friends together—one business, one day, one gift at a time—to shine a light on domestic violence, support survivors, and spread the word that help is available at the Family Crisis Center.

Together, we can end domestic violence and ensure every child and every family has a safe place to call home.
