The Old Southwest Holiday Parlor Tour of Homes was started in 1979 as a way to bring the community together to celebrate the beauty of the holiday season from our historic homes. The Tour is Old Southwest, Inc's largest annual fundraiser with proceeds supporting preservation efforts of the historic Alexander Gish House and community engagement.

The all-volunteer organization of Old Southwest, Inc is hard at work planning for the 2024 Holiday Parlor Tour of Homes. Always the first weekend of December, this year's tour will be Saturday, December 7th (5-9pm) and Sunday, December 8th (1-5pm). Please review the sponsorship opportunities listed below and consider becoming a supporter of this wonderful event and our community.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Georgian Revival Sponsor ($1000) – Includes a full page ad (8"x5"), 6 tour tickets, and designated sponsorship of one featured home on the tour with signage on display in front of the home during the tour.

Queen Anne Sponsor ($500) – Includes a full page ad (8"x5") and 4 tour tickets.

Four Square Sponsor ($250) – Includes a half page ad (4"x5") and 2 tour tickets.

Craftsman Sponsor ($100) – Includes a 1/4 page ad (2"x2.25") and 1 tour ticket.

Ad artwork must be submitted by October 1, 2024 to cara.laiolo@gmail.com. Artwork is requested in high resolution PDF format, but can accept .tif and .jpg.

Parlor Tour tickets will be mailed or delivered to sponsors in November.
