Our mission is to make a positive impact on our communities by effectively reducing overpopulation in shelters and rescues through spaying and neutering as many dogs and cats as possible.
This program primarily focuses on animals in our communities, including both stray animals and pets in homes. We also extend our support to animals in the care of our shelter partners.
At Pawsitive Change Matters Most, we are committed to supporting the community assistance programs of our partners to contribute effectively to the number of animals positively impacted in the communities we serve.
Since the unofficial launch of this program in November 2023, we have already spayed or neutered 4 dogs and 6 cats from the Estill County community.
We have various campaigns underway at Pawsitive Change and have submitted grant applications to expand this program even further. However, until then, it is crucial to the success of these programs and to continue saving lives that we have the support of individuals like you!
Please join us in our efforts to prevent further burdening already full shelters and rescues.
Currently, we have 5 cats on our spay/neuter list from the Estill County community and beyond. Additionally, there are 16 dogs on our list to be spayed or neutered throughout our entire target area. These numbers continue to grow each day.
Thanks to the generosity of Pawsitive Change Makers, all 10 animals we have already assisted have been fully sponsored. We kindly ask for your help in maintaining and increasing this momentum to save more lives and keep more animals out of shelters.
