Pedal for Impact

Pedal for Impact is a 1,000+ mile bicycle advocacy ride from Green Cove Springs, Florida to Washington, DC organized by Veteran Cancer Network, a nonprofit focused on improving cancer screening access for veterans.

Led by Marine Corps veterans and Veteran Cancer Network co-founders Ashton and Casey Kroner, the ride is designed to raise awareness about the increased cancer risk many veterans face due to toxic exposures during military service, including burn pits and other hazardous environments.

Over 20 days and 19 stops, Pedal for Impact will travel through communities along the East Coast, creating opportunities for outreach, education, and conversations around early cancer detection for veterans.

The ride will conclude in Washington, DC, where Veteran Cancer Network will help educate members of Congress on the importance of earlier cancer screening access for veterans and the need for continued progress within the VA to improve early detection.

Sponsorship support helps cover:

  • ride logistics and operational expenses

  • outreach and educational materials

  • community engagement events along the route

  • advocacy efforts tied to veteran health awareness

  • final event support in Washington, DC

Sponsors also help strengthen a growing national effort focused on earlier detection and better outcomes for those who served.

Thank you for supporting Veteran Cancer Network and Pedal for Impact.
