For many individuals in Miami County, the transition from treatment, incarceration, hospitalization, or crisis into everyday life can be one of the most vulnerable stages of recovery. Challenges such as transportation barriers, housing instability, limited support systems, and difficulty accessing community resources can place recovery at risk.

The Peer Point Recovery Foundation’s Recovery Stabilization Initiative provides peer-led support designed to help individuals navigate these critical transitions and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Through recovery coaching, transportation assistance, housing stabilization support, resource navigation, and community reintegration services, we help remove barriers that often stand between a person and long-term success.
